Please fill a form out for each bike that you own.

Following the initial registration process, a mass e-mail will be sent to owners if an unregistered bicycle is discovered in the parking garages. If an owner does not subsequently come forward within 30 days to register the bicycle, that bicycle will be donated to charity.
